What is BidMyRide?
BidMyRide is a bidding platform where customers can request bids for rides. These requests are sent to operators to provide their best bid typically within a 24-hour window.
Once the bidding window closes, the best bid wins and the customer and operator will be notified accordingly. We have over 32 years of industry experience in transportation and we are happy to have you as an operator on our platform and to send you rides in your service area.
What is the process/requirements for operators to join?
All we need is your contact name and email, zip code, and that you meet the insurance requirements.
How will I know if I won the bid?
You will be notified or we will reach out to you once the bidding window has closed
When and how will I get paid?
You will be paid via ACH direct deposit on the Wednesday falling after 5 business days from when the ride was serviced.
What happens if I can no longer service the ride?
Please notify us of this right away and we will review this.
How do I add additional charges like tolls, parking and wait time?
If the passenger incurs any additional charges during their ride, please call us at 415.993.5075 or email support@bidmyride.com within 24 hours after the ride to report those charges, so we can bill the passenger and pay you for the additional amount. If you do not contact us, you will be paid the bid amount.
